From yesterday, oh and I managed to lose the work cell phone while I was on the 24.2 mile jaunt. I usually put the phone in the bag on the back of my bike. For some reason I had to try out the belt clip. The belt clip lost, there’s a reason why fat guys don’t use belt clips for phones. Hopefully I don’t get fired over it, that would really be bad. 
Dude… I finally bought a bike this past week. Maybe in a few weeks i’ll come take a ride with you… granted, we’ll probably have to go real slow and stop a lot… **grin**
Just let me know man! We can take plenty of water breaks!
